The perfume, created by Guerlain nose Thierry Wasser, is composed around two rose notes: a blend of Bulgarian roses, and the Plessis Robinson rose. These have been combined with a chypre harmony, emblematic of Guerlain, composed of patchouli and white musk. Other key ingredients include lily-of-the-valley, lilac, peony, freesia and jasmine. The flacon – a gold-coloured curved shape, reminiscent of a teardrop – was created by designer Ora Ïto.
